LEADERSHIP

I choose to to be a Basketball Referee, because i can learn somethings which i play basketball. when i play do have other referees who official my games, so i will know what not to do. I felt mattered when i call for bad call. i think i will ruin the game who played. So it not worth it for the team. i know the feeling when a referee call for an bad call. So its not a good feeling.

My highlights was i officiate a game which is very tights. who win this game, who will enter second round. So i get a chance to officiate this game. i was happy because i like this kind of game. its really interesting. So i pay full attention to this game so i can call a good call. This is mine of highlight for that day. HAHA:D

The most things that challenge me overcame is when i call for an foul the players will argue with me. So i have my own judgment that i will think that i call is right.

I think the most successes is after the game all the players are quite good in their behavior, because there are no fight. I'm so glad that I'm now in the "BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION OF SINGAPORE".

The life skill that i learn how to control people temper and how to communicate with my other partner in the court.

Its not easy to become a basketball referee, That why i choose to be a basketball referee. So to tell others that basketball referee is not a BAD PERSON!. It do control the tempo and flow in games. THANK YOU!! :D
